I am filled with hope and gratitude as I reflect on the vibrant presence of youth in the life of our Diocese. You are not only the future of the Church, but truly its present — alive, active, and full of potential.

I urge each one of you to take up leadership with conviction and integrity. The world today needs young leaders who do not merely follow, but who "show the way, know the way, and walk the way."

Through the Youth Commission, we are committed to supporting, guiding, and accompanying you in all your endeavors. I assure you that I am always ready and willing to support every young man and woman of the Diocese.

Who We Are

Diocesan Youth Commission

The Diocesan Youth Commission of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Mysore stands as a vibrant platform dedicated to forming, guiding, and empowering young people to become faithful disciples and responsible citizens. Rooted in the values of the Gospel and inspired by the teachings of the Church, the Commission seeks to accompany youth in their journey of faith, leadership, and service.

Our Vision

To nurture a generation of young people who are deeply rooted in Christ, morally responsible, socially committed, and actively engaged in the life and mission of the Church.

Our Mission

To animate and coordinate youth ministry across the Diocese.
To provide opportunities for faith formation, leadership development, and community building.
To encourage youth participation in parish and diocesan activities.
To guide young people in addressing contemporary challenges with a Christ-centered perspective.
